The N vy Island Acquisition pro.ject was established to provide matchin funds
for � ate and Federal acquisition c�rants. Due to the Owner's (Minneso a Boat Club)
unwil� ingness to se11 and the nomination of the Boat C�ub buildinc� to �he National
Regis' er of Wistoric Buildinc�s, both of which would have increased cos s f�r beyond
the � dget, the grants, and the acquisition, were dropped. Therefore his project
can abandoned, and the transfer will enable the gyr�nasium dividing artition to
be in luded in the Hayden Heights pro.1'ect.
