In the Matter of improving COMO AVENUE between Atwater Street and a point
approximately 125 feet southeast of the intersection with Western Avenue, by
removing existing Bridge No. 6993, over the tracks of the Burlington Northern
Railroad Company, constructing new Bridge No. 62541 with a new steel beam
structure; widen and reconstruct the roadway on Como Avenue between Western
Avenue and Atwater Street to 52 feet, with a right turn lane to Western
from eastbound Como; construct 6 foot wide walks on each side of the road-
way; and change the grades on the roadway to provide proper vertical curves
and clearances.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2. That a public hearing be hac� on said improvement on the ��� day of ����.,�-�> i oQ�, at

3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
