RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the County of Ramsey and
Face to Face Health & Counseling Service whereby the City and
County provide funding to Face to Face Health and Counseling
Service, subject to the terms and conditions of said agr�ement, a
copy of which is to be kept on file and of record in the Department
of Finance and Management Services.
