An administrative Resolution amending the Civil
Service Rules concerning residence requirements.
RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 5.D
so that the second paragraph of said Section S.D shall read as follows:
"Since employees in the Fire Group and the Police Group are subject
to recall in emergencies and must, therefore, be readily available,
such employees shall be bona fide residents of an area which shall
include the following:
