In the Matter of erecting, constructing, fitting, operating and maintaining a
SKYWAY PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE (including all incidental work thereto) over West
Fourth Street between the intersections therewith of Wabasha and St. Peter
Streets by the Department of Planning and Econanic Development; 'said skyway
pedestrian bridge to connect the �xisting City Hall/Court House on the south
side of West Fourth Street to the existing City Hall Annex on the north side of West
Fourth Street.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 460,000.00 . funded 100% from Port Authority Bond Funds.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lst day of February, 1983 at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chamb�rs of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
