That the vacation be subject to all the terms and conditions of Chapter 130, codified March 1, 1981, of the St. Paul Legislative Code, as amended, including the retention of all public utilties easements. 2. William Donovan Valuation and Assessment Engineer Date: September 30, 1982 Subject: Petition of Dianne and Robert Walsh, et al, for the vacation of East-West alley in Block 6, Lexington Park Platt Elev�n public Hearing - October 19, 1982 The petitioners, Dianne and Robert Walsh, et al, owners of the abutting property to the proposed vacated alley propose to use the vacated area for additional yard space. This East-West alley is unimproved, 20 feet by 182.78 feet more-or-less consisting of approximately 3,656 square feet and is zoaed R-3. Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has serial telephone facilities in the proposed vacation area and requests that their interest be protected. Northern States Power Company has poles with overhead conductors in the proposed vacation area and they request that their interest be protected. The Department of Public Works has no objection to the proposed alley vacation. There were no objections from any other public or private agencies in- volved. In view of the foregoing, I recommend the alley vacation be approved, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1.
