Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Midway-Hamline Investors, a Minnesota Limited Partnership, general
partners Donald R. Staley, JoAnne Jankowski , Leonard Jankowski and
Parlim Realty Corporation of New York and The Hotel Managers of St.
Paul , Inc. request that the On Sale Liquor License No. 10074, and
all supporting licenses presently issued to Midway-Hamline Investors
at 400 North Hamline Avenue, be transferred to The Hotel Managers of
St. Paul , Inc. at the same address.
Robert A. Baersch is the sole stockholder, director and officer of
The Hotel Managers of St. Paul , Inc.
The Hotel Managers of St. Paul , Inc. will operate the business as
General Manager and will do business as the Sheraton-Midway Hotel .
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation is
for approval .
