PAUL DEPENDENTS GROUP LIFE INSURANCE PLAN POLICY #2881-G Dear Mr. Gleason: The dividend on this plan for the October 1, 1981 to October 1, 1982 policy year is $73,785. The premium paid for the policy year was $135,609. Incurred claims were $45,000. A listing of the claims is enclosed. A conversion charge of $60 per $1,000 of insurance is charged for dependents who convert their insurance to the individual policies issued by Minnesota Mutual. During the policy year, seventeen dependents converted a total of $46,000 of insurance, and the conversion charge is $2,760. A list of the conversions is also enclosed. The following table shows the total dividends available for distribution on October 1, 1982: Balance at interest October 1, 1981 $ 136.69 Interest to October 1, 1982 at 9.Oo 12.30 Dividend earned October 1, 1982 73,785.00 Total dividend October 1, 1982 $73,933.99 We recommend that these dividends be paid in cash to those employees who were insured on September 30, 1982.
