Mr. President and Honorable Members:
H. K. K. , Inc. (Jay P. Hitcheock, President) and Arnold J.
Kampa request that the On Sale Liquor, Sunday On Sale Liquor,
Entertainment and Off Sale Malt Licenses, presently issued
to H. K. K. , Inc. at 1084 West Larpenteur Avenue be trans-
ferred to Arnold J. Kampa at the same address , to do busi-
ness as Ted's Recreation.
Mr. Kampa is the sole owner of the business and he will
operate the business personally.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation
is for approval .
