It is the intention of the Summit Hill Association, District 16 Council that: l. Grand Avenue only will be involved, and only that portion of Grand Avenue west of Dale and east of the Short Line, between the Grand/Lincoln alley on the south, and the Grand/Summit alley on the north. 2. The 40 Acre Study will be prepared in consultation with and with the advice of a citizen task force made up, in part, of inembers of or persons selected by the Summit Hill Association/District 16 Council. 3. The Grand Avenue Business Association be • asked and encouraged to take a position relative to the 40 Acre Study, and, if it approves, al�o participate in the study and planning process. 4. A 40 Acre Study request by the Planning CommiSSion, or other appropriate entity, be implemented immediately, and • 5,.
