consented to by at least two-thirds of the ocaners of the property
situated within 100 feet of the total contiguous descriptions of
real estate held by the same owner or any narty purchasing any

WIIEREAS, ihe current Zoning Committee on January 7, 1982
conducted a public hearing for the Purnose of considering the
rezoning petition, and pursuant to Section 107 . 03 of the Admini-
strative Code, submitted its recor,�mendation to the Planning Com-

� Dear Sir:
On January 7, 1982 the Zoning Committee of the Planninc� Commission held a
public hearing on this case. The applicant was represented and answered
questions. The Committee voted 6 to 0 to approve the rezoning, based on
findings 1 through 5 of the staff re�ort (attached) .
On January 8, the Planning Commission considered the Zoninq Committee's
recommendation and approved the rezoning on a vote of 20 to 0.
This matter is scheduled to be heard by the Cit,y Council on January 2.8,
1982. Please notify me by January 27, 1982, if any member of the
City Council wishes to have slides of the site presented at the hearina.

The meeting was chaired by Joseph Panqal , Vice-Chairman.
PETER TIENKEP� (#9079 : Petition to rezdne from RT-1 to RT-2 to allow an
existing 3-p ex at 807 Holly.
The applicant was present. There was no opposition present at the hearing.
Ms . James showed slides of the site and reviewed the staff report with a
recommendation for approval . Two letters were received in support of the
�- rezoning.
Tom Zahn, co-owner and resident of 807 Holly, stated that the house is built
on a double lot and with the' 2� car carrfage house olus the driveway .that goes
all the way around the house, there would be sufficient parking. ,�
Hearing no further testimony, Mr. Pangal closed the public hearing portion of
the meeting.
Ms. Karns made a motion to recorr�nend approval of the rezoning based on findinc�s
' 1 through 5 of the staff report. Ms. Summers seconded the motion. The motion
passed on a roll call vote of 6 to 0..
