WHEREAS, It is important for the City to lease the space on the
fi,�st and second floors of the City Hall Annex to commercial tenants;
and,
WHEREAS, Interstate Bonding, Inc. has expressed a desire to lease
500 square feet of space on the first floor of the City Hall Annex;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council approves the lease proposal from
Interstate Bonding, Inc.
