RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement which
amends the 1982-1983-1984 Collective Bargaining Agreement between

Mr.MORANDUM OF AGREEMENT • �

This Piemorandum of Agreement is by and between the City of Sair_t Paul and
the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization. In full settle�ent of the 1982-
1983-1984 negotiations, the parties hereto have agreed as folZows:
,
1. Except as herein modified the signed 1982-1983-1984 Collective
Bargaining Agreement between the parta.es, shall be the basis of
the forthcoming labor agreement.
� 2. Article 14.12 of said agreement shall be replaced with Article
14.12 which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Article 14.14 of said agreement shall be replaced �aith Article
14.14 which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood that the above settlement sha1l be recommended by the City
Negotiator, but is subject to approval by the C�ty Administration and adoption
of the Civil Service Commission and the City Council.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have affixed their signatures this

ARTICLE XIV - INSURANCE (continued)
14.12 Effective October 1, 1982, the Employer's contribution toward dependent
coverage in Articles 14.4 thru 14.8 will be adjusted in dollars to reflect
an increase of seventy-five percent (75%) of the difference bet�aeen the
__ Oc�ober l, 1982 g�emiums and the.Octaber I, I98I premiuns £or the iespective_ :
dependent's coverages. In the event that the October I, 1982 prer�ium for
dependent coverage does not exceed $120 per month, no adjust�ent shall be
� made in the Employer's contribution toward dependent coverage.
