I3umber 99-94, Resolution Ratifyiug and Confirnung CondemnaUOn and Awazds of Damages and
Assessment Therefor, to acquire easements necessary for the Marillac Lane Sewer Project; and,
WHEREAS, it has been discovered that the legal descripuon for said easements needs to be conected;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the legal description for the easements taken in connection
with the Marillac Lane Sewer Project on Council File Number 99-94 be amended to read as follows:

discovered that the legal description of the easements needs to change to more accurately reflect
the area in which the sewer was installed.
