RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Economic Security, whereby the City will receive the sum of
$5,000 to be used for staff technical assistance and training for
the City's CETA program, and the proper City officers are
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City .
