WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, by the Ramsey County Recorders Office document no. 2732239
dated 7une 18, 1993, acquired a Conveyance of Forfeited Lands Use Deed, for the Mounds Park
Maintenance Center, described as I,ots 5 and 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 15 St. Paul, MN, from the
State of Minnesota; and,
WHEREA5, said pazcel has proven to be inaccessible from the above mentioned maintenance center
because it is separated from the maintenance center site by a steep slope and said parcel is therefore of
no pracucai value to the Division of Parks and Recreation
WHEREAS, The Saint Paul Parks & Recreation Commission has reviewed and approved the request to
reconvey to the State of Minnesota Lots 5 and 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 15 St. Paul, MN, by Saint
Paul Parks & Recreation Commission Resolution #99-9
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The City Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes the proper City Officials to execute an application of reconveyance of said Lots 5 and 6,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 15 St. Paul, MN.
