RESOLVED, That the proper City afficials are authorized to
execute the Lease Agreement with the State of r2innesota, Depart-
ment of Transportation, for the usage of three areas on the north �
side of East Eleventh Street for the purposes of police parking,
subject to the terms and conditions of said agreement, a copy of
which is to be kept on file and of record in the Department of
Finance and Management Services.

I have enclosed three copies of the proposed lease covering a�.t three of the
police car parking lots along Elenenth Street. Following your review of
the lease will you forward the three copies to the appropriate city officials
for execution by the city.
Three executed copies should be returned to me along with the �1.00 payment
and a copy of the Council resolution authorizing the lease. A fully signed
copy will be returned to the city a few weeks later.
