On November 74, 1998, a City of Saint Paul squad car, driven by John Wright, faiied to obey a stop sign, and collided with Mr.
Saengdara's vehicle. Mr. Saengdara was on the through street with no traffic controts. Ma Saengdara sustained a cervical strein
with disc bulging. Mr. Saengdare missed 72 weeks of work and has uncompensated wage loss in the amount of 54,263.95.' Mr.
Saengdara has been diagnosed with Permanent Cervical Strein Syndrome as a result of this accident. He will require ongoing
medical care for the rest of his life. 1 have reached a settlement with Mr. Saengdare's attorney in the amount of S 15,000.00.
