On March 19, 9999 a City of Saint Paul squad car, driven by Jeffrey Whitbeck, rear ended Mr. Mickelson's vehide. Mr. Mickelson
was stopped for the red light at Hamline Avenue at the time of impact. Mr. Mickelson'sustained a sprain to his neck and back.
His doctor states that his injuries are permanent and are a direct result of this accident. 1 have reached a settlement with Mr.
