On February 22, 2000 the sewer in front of 699 McKnight Road became plugged. This was a result of tree roots which the City
failed to remove. The property owners at 699 McKnight Road, Mike and Tare Seefeld, sustained damage to their basement as a
result of the sewer back up. 1 have reached a settlement with the property owners in the amount of 59,925.18.
