WHEREl�S, the Departments of Planning & Economic Development and Public Works
have reviewed the attached lot split described as :
The North 105 feet of Lots 1 & 2, the North 105 feet of the East
20 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 6, Midway Industrial Division;
together with that part of the south half of vacated Bohn Street
(now known as Donohue Avenue) lying easterly of the northerly
extension of the west line of the East 20 feet of said Lot 3 and
lying westerly of the northerly extension of the east line of
Block 6, subject to easements recorded and unrecorded; and
Lots 1 through 12, Block 6, Midway Industrial Division together
with the south half of vacated Bohn Street (now known as Donohue
Avenue) lying easterly of the northerly extension of the west
line of said Block 6 and lying westerly of the northerly extension
of the east line of said Block 6. Except the North 105 feet of
Lots 1 & 2 and the North 105 feet of the east 20 feet of Lot 3.
Also except that part of said vacated avenue lying easterly of the
northerly extension of the west line of said East 20 feet and lying
westerly of the northerly extension of the east line of said
Block 6, subject to easements recorded and unrecorded; and
l�1HEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 o-f
the Zoning Code;
N04J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
