proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. Edwin T. Hamre the sum of $101.00 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about August 27 , 1982 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk's office on September 15 , 1982 .
2. Mary Ann Louise Gulden the sum of $20 .00 in full settlement
of her claim of damages sustained on or about July 27 , 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk's office on August 2 , 1982 .
3 . David Butwinick the sum of $225 .22 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about July 7 , 1932 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk' s office on August 3, 1982 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL

GULDEN, AND DAVID BUTWINICK
On August 27, 1982 , a City of Saint Paul lawn mower driven by
a City driver was mowing the boulevard area on Pine near Eighth
Street. Claimant, Edwin Hamre, had his vehicle parked next to
this area and our mawer either struck Mr. Hamre 's car or the
debris d�ischarge struck and damaged his car. The amount of
damage done to Mr. Hamre 's car was $101.00 . This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Hamre 's claim in the amount of $101 .00 .
On July 27, 1982 , a City of Saint Paul oiling truck splattered
oil on a vehicle owned by claimant, Mary Ann Gulden. The vehicle
was parked on Jackson near Magnolia and the City truck was oiling �
Magnolia Avenue. The amount of $20 .00 represents the cost of
cleaning the oil off of Ms . Gulden 's vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Ms . Gulden's claim in the amount of $20 .00 .
Claimant, David Butwinick, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire and Safety Services ,
vehicle on July 7, 1982 . The City vehicle was driven by District
Fire Chief Ben Renteria. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Butwinick's
claim in the amount of $225 .22 .
