Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Quinn Creative, Inc. and Willard's Liquors, Inc. request that the
On Sale Liquor, Sunday On Sale Liquor and Entertainment Licenses
issued to Quinn Creative, Inc. at 738 Thomas Avenue be transferred
to Willard's Liquors, Inc. at the same address.
The sole stockholder and sole officer of Quinn Creative, Inc. is
John T. Kaufman, holding the offices of President and Secretary-
Treasurer. Mr. Kaufman will operate this business personally
and it will be run as Willards Bar.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation
is for approval .
