RE: LARC FUNDING
At the September 16 , 1982 , Finance , Management and
Personnel Committee meeting a requested transfer of
$40•;000 f�om the Cont�ngent Reserve to �he Housing�
Inforiaation Offive for the LARC contract was� laid
over . Councilman Fletcher wanted to know if CDBG
monies could be used in lieu of a General Fund transfer.
Bill, would you please respond in writing and be pre-
pared to address the matter when it is rescheduled by
the Finance Comi►.►ittee .
