authorized and directed execute an Application for Emergency
Managemen�t Assistance to be submitted to the State of Minnesota,
De�artment of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Services ,
in the iurtherance of funding for the City 's Civil Defense
Prograrrl, and
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are
furicher authorized and directed to execute such other documents
and agreements as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of
said �rogram.
