RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of 5aint Paul that
the designation of Gregory J. Haupt by the Mayor to
serve as acting Mayor pursuant to the provisions of
Section 3.02 of the Charter for October 8 , 1982 , is
hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this service is subject always
to the Mayor ' s control and direction and that upon
the expiration of the designated time period, the pre-
ceding designation of Richard Broeker as acting Mayor
shall remain in full force and effect .
