WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul presently provides group hospital and medical
coverage programs for its employees and employees of Independent School District No. 625; and
WHk�tEAS, under this program, the City has a contract with Coordinated Health Cax e,
Incorporated to provide Hospital and Med.ical Surgical covera,ge, and
WHEftEAS, pursuant to the terms of this contract Coordinated Health Caxe, Incorporated
has submitted renewal rates for the coverage for the yeax, October 1, 1982 to September 30, 1.983
as follows:

RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby authorize and direct the proper City
Officials to renew the existing con�ract between the City of Saint Paul, Independent School
District #625 and Coordinated Health Caxe, Incorporated, and be it
RESOLVID, that the contract for the Hospital Covera.ge and Medical Surgical Coverage
to be identical to the covera.ges now provided under the existing contract be renewed to Coordi-

portion of the premiums as is agreed upon by the process of coll.ective baxgaining and the
employee shall pay the balance of premiums due through payroll deduction, and be it
