RESOLVED, that the Council of the City o� Saint Paul hereby
authorizes and directs the pxoper City officials to execute an
agreement with the County of Ramsey and Family Tree, Inc. , where�v
the City and County will assist �.n its functioning as a ne�ghborhood
health center in caring for the meda�cal-health needs of the c�tizens
of the city and county in the adjacent geographic area; the City
will contxibute up to $51,657 for the calendar year 1982; said
agreement will expire December 31, 1982.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THlS ACTION:
Since 1974, the City hc�s provided financial support to Family Tree, Inc.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Family Tree, Inc., wi11 receive vp to $51,657 from the City. Upon writterr notice,
the City may reduce the funding level or terminate the Agreement. The County will
also contribute; however, the City and County no longer need to mafich cantributions.
