RE50LVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes and directs the proper City officials to execute an
agreement with the County of Ramsey and Face to Face Health and
Counseling Service, Inc. , whereby the City and County will assist
in its functioning as a neighborhood health center in caring for
the medical-health needs o� the citizens o� the city and county in
the adjacent geographic area; the City will contribute up to
�52,419 for the calendar year 1982; said agreement will expire
December 31, 1982.

� the City. Upon written notice, the City may reduce the fi�nding leve) or terminate -

longer need to match contributions.
