RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
designation of Gregory J. Haupt by the Mayor , to serve as
acting Mayor pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 .02 of
the Charter for the period of January 21 and 22 , 1982 ,
is hereby approved; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this service is subject always to
the Mayor ' s control and direction and that upon the expiration
of the designated time period, the preceding designation of
Richard Broeker as acting Mayor shall remain in full force
and effect.
