Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul , that subject to the provisions, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Association, Inc. , having made due application to said Council therefore, hereby is authorized and permitted to construct, maintain and operate a public ice skating rink in that section of Fifth Street between St. Peter Street and Wabasha Street exclusive of the sidewalk areas in the City of Saint Paul , for the Saint Paul Winter Carnival period and festivities, and construction of said rink commencing January 21 , 1982 through disassembly February 8, 1982, available at all times for public skating, without charge, and for the conduct of said festivities throughout the Winter Carnival period of January 28, 1982 through February 7, 1982. Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date any one accident and affecting one or more than one person and for injury or damage to property on account of any one accident, such insurance coverage to be evidenced by policies of insurance approved by the City Attorney; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that said permittee shall file its written acceptance of this resolution and of all the provisions terms and conditions of the same with the City Clerk and shall submit to the City Attorney for his approval , the aforesaid insurance coverages which shall thereafter be filed with the Dept. of Finance for the City of Saint Paul , not later than January 21 , 1982, and in the event of its failure to do so, the permission and authority hereby granted shall lapse.
