In the Matter of improving LEXINGTON PARKWAY from University Avenue to the Burlington
Northern Bridge just south of Jessamine Avenue (P-0569-B) by removing the ex-
isting roadway and grading and paving a new divided roadway with a center island
including curb & gutter, new and or refuIIbished lighting, traffic signals,
boulevard and center island landscaping; and bridge deck. Reh�bilitation and
replacing and relocating sidewalks as needed, replacing d��iaage :facilities
and doing all incidential construction as needed to properl� complete this
project.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 2�900,000.00 . M.S.A. Funds 2 400 000.00; P.I.A,Funds $152,000.00 and
C.I.B. Funds �3�+8,Ob0.00 16th February, 1982
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the day of , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
