Re: Lease of Space in Radisson Hotel Skyway Area
Enclosed please find a proposed Lease of the skyway space in.
the Radisson Hotel together with a draft Resolution for City
Council approval. As we discussed, the Valuation Engineer' s
recommendation is required by ordinance, and this should be
cleared with him and the appropriate recommendation made by
him.
If there are any questions, or you need any revisions of any
kind to the draft Lease, please let me know.
