CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
CAROLE MARQUIS AND FARMERS INSURANCE GROUP
Claimant, Carole Marquis , was involved in an automobile accident
on October 5 , 1981, with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Community Services , vehicle being driven by Truman K. Walling.
Ms . Marquis is insured by Farmers Insurance Group which has made
payment to Ms . Marguis for the damages to her vehicle. At this
time, Ms . Marquis and Farmers Insurance Group would like to
settle the property damage portion of this accident and are
leaving open the option for further settlement of personal injuries
sustained by Ms . Marquis. Ms . Marquis is collecting medical
benefits under the No-Fault Law and Farmers Insurance Group is
still unsure if she will go over the threshold of limits for
liability set up by the State of Minnesota under the No-Fault Law.
This office approves the settlement of their claim for property
damage in the amount of $1,099 .11.
