Frenchman Road, Hugo, MN 55038. Midwest Federal Savings and Loan, 801 Nicollet Mall is the mortgagor in the amount of $17, 386. 80 as of December 8, 1975. Alvin Peterson, 2132 Atlantic, St. Paul, MN 55109 may have an interest which is unrecorded. WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement, on behalf of the City Council did notify by mail the above noted parties of interest at their last known addresses. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by and before the Council of the City of St. Paul in the Council Chambers of the Court House in said city at 10: 00 a.m. on Thursday, January 14, 1982 to consider the advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal of said structure on the above described property inasmuch as said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to public health, safety and welfare. The property has not been boarded up by the owner/city; �. 2. This building is badly d�lapidated and extremely hazardous; 3. The conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard; 4. The owners have made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage; 5. The continued vacant and boarded up condition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That in accordance with the Minnesota Statutes Section 463. 15 through 463. 25, and based upon the foregoing findings of the City Council, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make the following Order: ORDER l. The owners of the above described building shall make the same safe and not detrimental to the public peace, health and welfare by hav- ing the said building razed and the materials therefrom removed from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the service of this Order; 2. Unless such corrective action is taken to comply with this Order or an Answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Dis�rict Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of this Order, a Motion for Summary Enforcement of this Order to raze and remove the said build- ing will be made to the Ramsey County District Court; 3.
