This agreement specified that the fees paid for sanitary sewer and rainleader billing and collections would increase each year by the percentage of increase in residential water rates, with the condition that the fee not exceed that paid by other municipaiities served by the Board £or like services. The Agreement expires on December 31, 1999. Staff from both Saint Paul Public Works Depart�aent and Regional Water Services believe the billing arrangement is working well and desire to extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2001.
