RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby ratifies
and confirms the appointment, by the Mayor, naming Robert A. Granovsky,
Manager, Twin Cities Community Relations, 3M, as a member of the Saint Paul
Civic Center Authority to fill the unexpired term of Donald Larson. This
term will expire on July 1, 1985. .-
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul also
approves the appointment of Councilwoman Ruby Hunt to fill the unexpired
term of Councilman Ron Maddox. This term is concurrent with her elected
term of office.

SUBJECT: Appointment to the Saint Paul Civic Center Authority
Attached for your consideration and approval is a
Council Resolution naming Robert A. Granovsky to serve as a
member of the Saint Paul Civic Center Authority to fill the
unexpired term of Donald Larson. This terni will expire on
July l, 1985.
Mr. Granovsky is the manager of the Twin Cities
Community Relations of the 3M Company.
This Authority seat is one to be filled on the
suggestion of the guarantors, as was noted in Ora Lee's memo
(11/19/81) to you.
