ancl the mnnber o.f years of payment. Staff related the scope of the project.
The facts of� a discounted assessment rate liad alread�� bceii determinecl,
Tedesco made a motion to amend tlie pay back from f:i.ve to ten years, retainiil�
the already determined rate of assessment. The motion caxried 2-�.
