Commencing, for the purpose of establishing the point of
beginning, at the northeast corner of the Government Lot 4;

Meridian; thence south on the east line of the aforesaid lot
a distance of 568. 50 ft. to the true point of beginning;
thence in a southwesterly direction on a straight line making
