WHEREAS, the Legislation Committee of the City Council
has reviewed and discussed proposals to improve administration
of the zoning code; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council supports amendment of
the Municipal Planning Act, P�innesota Statutes Sections
462 . 351 to 462.364 involving zoning ordinance enactment,
amendment and administration.
