and directed to execute an Agreement with the County of Ramsey
whereby the City wi11 provide public health laboratory services

PURPOSE AND RATIONAIE FOR THIS ACT10N:
Rcunsey County does not have a (aboratory facility fio test food, water and 'biological
specimens collected from their public health programs. Consequently, the County
again wishes to purchase laboratory services from the Division of P�blic Healfh on
a fee-for-service basis.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The County will pay the City for each test performed according to the fee schedule
included in the contract. Although there is no dolJar limit on a contract, the
County does not expect to spend more than $10,000 during 1982. No additional
staff will be required to fulfili this contract.
