This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Saint Paul (City) and the following
unions who represent employees in the City's Golf Operations Unit: SPSO, SPMMSA, AFSCME
2508, Laborers 132, & Teamsters 120 (Unions) for the purpose of piloting a uniform policy for
employees in the City's Golf Operations Unit for the 2000 golf season.
The City and Unions agree that the City will provide each employee working in the City's Goif
Operations Unit in the title of Golf Pro Manager, Golf Course Superintendent, Pazk Concession
Supervisor, Refectory Supervisor, Pazk Worker, Refectory Attendant, Pazk Aide, & Goif Ranger
who is required to weaz a specified uniform with four (4) uniforms for full-time employees and two
(2) uniforms for part-time employees. The uniform will consist of either a shirt or sweatshirt
selected by the City. Employees will be required to weaz the uniform while on duty and will be
responsibte for the caze and upkeep of their uniforms.
This Agreement is only for the 2000 golf season and will terminate no later than December 31, 2000.
