WHEREAS, The C�t�y Counc�,l, pur�uant to Chaptex 21 0� the
Administrative Code, da�d hold a public hearing on December ,
1981, in the City Counc�;l Chambers for the purpose of est�ing
the level of s.ervices of �treet Ma�.ntenance to be performed in the
City of Saint Paul and th.e amount of service charges to I�e levied
against benefitted property; no�r, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Counc�l o� th.e City o� Saint Paul does h.ereby
determine that the program of Street Maintenance Services to be
performed within the City of Sa�nt Paul shall be in the manner as
set forth and described in the attached report of the Department
of Public Works, and the Department of Public [nTorks is hereby
authorized to perform the necessary work as set forth in said report
and shall, in accordance with said Chapter 21 of the Administrative
Code, keep an accurate record of all costs attributable to the
program and report such information to the Department of Finance
and Management Services.
