RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve
the Agreement between the City and the Burlington Northern Railroad Company,
pertaining to the improvement of LEXINGTON PARKWAY BRIDGE N0. 5583, City Project
B-1099; and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, a copy of said Agreement
to be maintained on file in the Office of the Department of Finance and Management
Services.
