Mr. President and Honorable Members:
The City of St. Paul, Division of Parks and R,ecreation
makes application for an On Sale Malt Beverage Z3.cense at the City's
Harriet Island Park.
It is the desire of the City to hold the license for this
facility so that when events are held at the Park, the �ity will have
control of beer sales and their possible profits.
The City will hold the license, but may choose to write an
agreement with someone to manage the beer sales depending upon the
event.
This application has been reviewed by the I�i.cense and Per-
mit Division and the City Attornev's office. The recommendation is
for approval.
