The a,pplication has been made by Edward Langman, Vice Commander, and Alfred Rischall will be managing the games which wi11 be played on Sunday afternoons between the hours of 1:30 and 5:30 P.M. This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommend- ation is for approval with the following stipulations.
