RESOLVEDs That Application R 3110 for Bingo 51 Periods License, applied for by Jewish War
Veterans of U. S. A., Inc., Post 162, at l�08 Main Street, games to be played on
Sunday afternoons between the hours of 1:3� and 5:30 P.M. be and the same is hereby
granted with the following stipulations to which the licensee consents:
l. All contributions must go directly to the organizations being benefited.
The� may not go to an intermediazy group which then disburses the funds to
the charit3es.
2. Bingo profits may not be funnelled back into the organization sponsoring
the bingo events or to the benefit of any of the members, living or deceased,
or their families.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
The Jewish War Veterans of U.S.A,, Inc., Post 162
makes application for permission to conduct Bingo Games for
51 periods at L�08 Main Street beginning June 13, 1982.
The a,pplication has been made by Edward Langman,
Vice Commander, and Alfred Rischall will be managing the games
which wi11 be played on Sunday afternoons between the hours of
1:30 and 5:30 P.M.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommend-
ation is for approval with the following stipulations.
