WHEREAS, a budget was approved for Ohio-George to Annapolis in both 1996 and 1997, and
WI�EREAS, this was a duplication of budget for this project in both years and the Department of
Public Works would like to clean up the Capital Project Funds, and
WHEREAS, the DeparLment of Public Works is recommending the following change to resolve this condition
and to transfer the MSA portion of this budget to cover the shortfall in the Selby Bridge Project, so
TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor
and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $726,000 is available
for appropriation in the 1992 Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended
by this CouncIl, be hereby further amended in the Tmprovement Budgets, in the following particulars:
