RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul does hereby
fix the 29th day of June, 1982, at 10:00 o'clock in the
morning as the date on which the Council will hold a public
hearing in the City Council Chambers, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
to consider the level of operation and maintenance of the
Town Square "Public Spaces" located within the following
streets: Cedar Street, Eighth Street, Minnesota Street and
Sixth Street for the period of July 1, 1982 to �une 30, 1983
and the costs to be charged against the benefitted property,
as determined by the City, and the City C1erk is hereby di-
rected to publish notice of such hearing in a legal newspaper
at least twice no less than one week prior to such public
hearing and not less than 10 days prior to having notice be
mailed to the owners of each parcel within the area proposed
to be charged.

The attached resolution is in regard to the Town Square Service Charges.
The budget starts on July 1, 1982 and City Council action approving the
level of Operation and Maintenance must be heard on June 29.
