RESOLVED, That upon execution and deli.very of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. Lydia C. Schrader the sum of $93.00 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about March 31, 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on April 12 , 1982 .
2 . Amelia M. Brown the sum of $20 .00 in full settlement of her
clai.m of damages sustained on or about April 16, 1982, as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Cl.erk 's office on May 4, 1982 .
3. B-urnsco Corporation the sum ot $6Q0 .00 in full settlement of
i.ts claim of damages sustained on or about January 4 , 1982,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk 's office on March 12, 1982 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY LYDIA C. SCHRADER, AMELIA M. BROWN,
AND BURNSCO CORPORATION
On P�arch 31, 1982 , claimant, Lydia Schrader, was walking on a
City sidewalk and tripped and fell on a 2-3 inch rise in the
sidewalk. As a result of her fall, Mrs . Schrader 's eyeglass
lenses were damaged. The amount of $93.00 is for the replace-
ment of her lenses . This office approves the settlement of
Mrs . Schrader's claim in the amount of $93 .00 .
On April 16 , 1982 , claimant, Amelia Brown, parked her vehicle in
the parking lot of the Public Safety Building. Her vehicle 's
tire hit a rotted pole in the parking lot which cut her tire.
The tire was replaced for $20 .00 . This office approves the
settlement of Ms . Brown 's claim in the amount of $20 .00 .
On January 4 , 1982 , a tow truck owned by claimant, Burnsco
Corporation, was involved in an accident with a vehicle owned
by the City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services .
The City vehicle was driven by Robert Wayne Peters and struck
the tow truck in the rear. Expenses are for the repair of the
tow truck. This office approves the settlement of Burnsco
corporation 's claim in the amount of $600 .00 .
