RESOLVED, That tne appropr. iate City agency be allowed to abate a ruptured
sewer line in accordance with the City of Saint Pawl Legislative Code 21$.11 .
WHEREAS, (a) A rodent infestation was found and subsequent tests indicated
this infestation was caused by a broken se�uer line at 55 West Magnolia, o�rned
by William J. and Mischelle M. Flei.schhacker; and (b� permission ha� been
granted by the Owner to proceed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, By th� Council of the City of Saint Paul that the Division
of Housing and Building Code Enforcement direct the Department of Public Works
to proceed and cause to be made all repairs necessary to abate the broken se�er
line and therefore abate the rodent infestatton.
